SAUVIGNON
BLANC
It is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and may be blended with
semillon. The aroma and flavor characteristics are fruity, fresh,
refreshing, and slightly herbaceous. This wine is more delicate than
Chardonnay and may be used as a dry aperitif.
CHARDONNAY
The most complex of all wines. Its flavor and aroma may combine
apple, citrus, figs, melon, and pineapple. Oak aging adds a toasty
vanilla and buttery character. The wines are very rich in flavor with
a medium to full body.
PINOT
NOIR
Pinot Noir is the classic red velvety wine from burgundy. It is lighter
in color than other red wines. It has cherry and raspberry aromas
and flavors with overtones of oak and violets. Its early drinkability
is one of its outstanding features.
ZINFANDEL
A full-bodied hearty red wine. The typical aroma and flavor
includes blackberry, raspberry, cherry, and pepper.
MERLOT
The outstanding features of Merlot are softness, smoothness, and
early drinkability. Its aroma and flavor are similar to Cabernet
Sauvignon, with tones of cranberry, black cherry, and chocolate.
CABERNET
SAUVIGNON
A rich, complex, full-bodied red wine. Its characteristics include
blackberry, cassis, mint, chocolate, and oak aromas and flavors.
It is sometimes blended with Merlot to add softness and rich flavors,
It needs time to develop and harmonize flavors.
